This hillside northwest contemporary has stunning Lake Sammamish views and they really directed the architecture and design. We kept the exterior colors and materials classic northwest contemporary but definitely took some creative license with the interior. Because the house was so big and spread out through multiple levels it did easily lend itself to some variation in the design. Interesting floor tiles and beautiful lighting captured the eye top and bottom while the views stole the show at eye level. Scope of work included floor planning, complete interior and exterior finish selections and interior and exterior furnishings. We also jumped in and did the landscape design on this project for both hardscape and softscape.
