Spec New Build

This beautiful mid-century inspired spec build was a fun project. We loved collaborating with KVA Architecture to develop this entertainer’s dream. The sunny westerly lake and mountain views helped direct the interior selections. Moving away from the grays and into the warm creams and earth tones was a welcome change. The imported and hand chiseled stone for the massive fireplace and the custom designed oak railing were unique features for the great room. The stone and oak accents were echoed on the exterior façade to make for a beautiful and cohesive project. We also got creative with the multiple wet bars, the theater room, the loft area, and of course the kitchen and scullery. A combination of terrazzo and zellige tiles in the primary bath added so much texture and interest. As always, varied and interesting lighting is the icing on the cake.
